Inspected apartment # 4 and found that toilet and shower are properly draining , tenant stated that a plumber had recently cleared the main line, but that there is additional blockage that needs to be addressed, I spoke with the management company rep. and there is additional pluming work scheduled for Friday 05/06/2016, additional cleanouts are to be added to the main and will be hydro jet , to remove additional blockage, management offered tenant another apartment and a different address and tenant agreed, restoration company scheduled to begin work on unit #4, and #3 this week. NO NOTICED ISSUED AT THIS TIME DUE TO THE FACT THAT ALL ISSUES HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED WILL DO A FOLLOW UP IN 10 DAYS., spoke with and aproved by inspector supervisor RSALDATE. |
