Complaint: illegal dumping by dumpster possible and inoperable Crown Victoria in the middle of the complex weeds possible rodent and roach problem... Arrived on site found weeds and grass along middle section of complex by 3522 and rear wall by dumpster. Found trash and debris by dumpster and in the rear wall area. Found White Crown Victoria with rear flat tire spoke to tenant at 3524 states it is his vehicle and Will Repair the flat ask them about any roach infestation and he said no. Will move to notice of violation |
