Arrived on site again with Inspector Goodman for a meeting with owner, 90% of weeds/grass in back yard were removed and he would be completing the rest of rear yard this Saturday and I will continue to follow. Wall was looked at again and owner was going to meet with his contractor later this week, he wanted to move forward with columns to help out the bowing of the wall. The wall is still stable and footers intact at this time. Different options were discussed and also placements of the columns. Inspectors advised owner that the neighbor to the west would need to be included after a direction was chosen because it would affect that property. This is a civil matter between neighbors and city would not be involved, but left open the option of communication between owner and city. |

Arrived on site with Inspector Goodman owner was not at home, however we were allowed to enter rear yard. Inspector Goodman investigated footer and rest of the wall. Found it to be a double brick wall with wall stable at this time but did not a bow in the wall. We were not able to speak to owner at this time |
