Arrived on site and met with tenant who is a relative of the owner. States that have been doing some work on the back yard which included putting pillars by the wall in the rear yard, footers were already exposed which showed a two and a half to three foot footer running the span of the sidewall as well as the rear wall on the Southside. Wall was intact with no signs of cracking or flexing wall, was very stable at this time and had ample footers. |
