Complaint : toilet overflow, no repairs done to the floor or carpet arrived on site knocked on door to unit 4 no one is home. Called phone number provided and left a detailed information as to who I was and why I was had his property , tenat called me back about 2hrs later. Grijilva Realty took care of all the problems and even cleaned up the floors and carpet and all was ok by Alexandro (tenant) . Will move to close out this case |
