05/09/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspection found that nothing had been done to the outside, when I went to the door I found the front door open, I knocked on the door and yelled out City of Tucson, no one came to the door so I called TPD to make sure the property was safe and that their was no one inside. TPD found the owner in a side bedroom that was right next to the front door, they asked me to come in side due to the condition the house was in, when I went inside I found the living room to be full of refuse and books two bedroom were so filled with refuse and other items that I could not get inside to look at everything. The kitchin was cover with food and dishes and the sinks were full. The house was unfit for Human habitation. And a Notice and order was issued. TPD made contact with the owners brorther and he was going to take her in until the property was cleaned up.
