Visited site inspected found as follows there was grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height throughout the utility easement, talk to manager on site explained violations explain that he needed to to cut and remove all the grass always exceeding, And also all overgrowth of vegetation- trees. Wrote notice of violatuion on-site, had manager sign and gave a copy ,gave 10 days to abate |
