06/27/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was back at the property and there has been a court order to let the occupent back inside even without water and it sound like they don't have power as well because there was a genterator running in the back yard. Call TPD and under the current court order we are unable to remove the renter for no water. Spoke to Rick S and I have put more information in conditions and the case is in Observed until after 5 July.
06/06/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was back at the property at the request of Martin Lopez who had done a shut down on 5/30/2016 for unsanitary conditions due to lack of water, (T16DV03234) and to redue the posting of the property for no water. Found the property to be unsecured and TPD was called to check the inside. TPD stated no one was inside but that someone had been there. Did a walk throgh of the house and found a number of ext cords running through out the house. Call Rick S. and request to boot the meter for we are not sure what is going to happen with the property. This is a Section 8 house and the owner works for the City.
05/10/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Refuse has been abated. Still has a little bit of storage in the carport. Spoke to the renter and he will have it done this week is still working on the Comm truck to get it fixed so it can be moved.
