Complaint vacant and unsecured structure graffiti on trash bins refuse outdoor storage weeds and grass... Arrived on site found weeds and grass over 6 inches through out front & both side yards and rear yard... trash and debris along side yard behind wood fence and throughout backyard ...Wood fence along the east side of property had one section down... wrought iron on all doors and windows to the property was secured... Tried to open front door it was locked, again window guards on all doors and windows in the front rear of structure unable to access because of locked and pin side doors to rear yard... Via the camera over the fence also security bars on all windows and doors in the rear of the structure... We'll move to notice of violation for what was identified. |
