Inspection found the kitchen cabinet under the sink shelf needs to replace it has caved in, the Ceiling has a leak from the roof you can see a big stain in the ceiling where water has stood. Door are not sealing propely, you see day light around the front door and the side sliding door. The A/c seem to be working but it not puting out that much cool air from where I stood in the livingroom. The property is under new owners, I spoke to on site manager and she stated they have been there working on issues for just 3 days. She said she would get right on this. |
