Follow up today to find weeds and grass along east side yard runining into pool area all cleaned and abated, palm tree trimmed up and away from roofline. Playhouse in front with new door new glass and eaves no longer sagging. Will movet to close out this case |

On site, found trailer in front still with good tires and good tags until 2020 - Non issue. Palm tree in front yard now in violation. Weeds & Grass along south east side of yard also now in violation. Dilapidated structure (which was added after my initial inspection) along south east side of yard was a playhouse with broken door, broken windows, eaves sagging. Trash and debris behind the playhouse was also noted. Will move to vioolation notice for above issues and allow a customary 10 day follow up. Follow up to be conducted on 10/07/2016 |
