Weeds/Grass outdoor storage, dead palm fronds under 10ft from ground, green stagnant swimming pool. Arrived on site large parcel, did not identify any weeds and grass in front yard however did see palm tree and stored trailer in front yard, could not see into side or rear yards or where pool was. Knocked on front door and spoke to owner of property. Showed me the palm tree recently cut meets code. Storage in form of a trailer in front yard all good tires with good tags until 2020, states they use trailer all the time. Asked about the pool showed me to side area where i did see weeds and grass in that area violation and green pool. Pool had pump running and water was clear however pool walls needed to be cleaned of green algae . Instruted homeowner what needed to be done and would return in 10 days |
