Complaint of bug infestation, called and spoke to mrs. Aranda was not home today but claims of bug infestation throughout her unit states have been in contact with management with nothing being done and no resolve. Arrived on site met with management team who assured me she had been on the list a couple of time for the Exterminator when is so far as the manager of the Exterminator company came with the Exterminator and verified no bugs in the unit. Management would be compiling paperwork on the activity of that unit showing that she has been sprayed actively in her unit. Advised tenant if she wanted them to spray again she needed to call and get on the list to due so. |
