Complaint: junk motor vehicles weeds and grass, illegal banners and a broken window Arrived on site knocked on front door of hookah lounge no one came to door or were even seen, business seemed to be closed at this time. Back on property per Supervisors request, walked around property and noted violations weeds in Grass along front curb area. Weeds and grass along front and both sides of building also scattered trash and debris along front both sides and rear of the building to include boards in back of building . Banner attached to post along West front of property. Two banners also attached to front of building, one on each side of the door. Cord of Lights anchored at centerpoint of building and anchored to 3 posts in front of the building by Sidewalk exposed wiring and connections. Broken window along east side of building however had security bars in place and anchored to the building. Along east side of the building Grey van with flat tire rear passenger "On time taxi " Az. 4zn 894, along west side of the building one blue Passat four door rear flat tire broken windshield AZ license BDF 2725, second vehicle along East side white Ford mini truck no flat tires no broken windows, no outward signs of this being a junk motor vehicle. Will move to notice of violations and also posted a notice to call me at front door. |
