Complaint: weeds and grass, light refuse, dilapidated fence on east side of parcel .. Arrived on site to this vacant parcel to find weeds and grass and small amounts of refuse along 1st Avenue side of parcel. Rear parcel was clean and clear did see a block wall along east border of property. And a small chain link fence however was secured to post and not in a dilapidated state will move to notice of violation and follow up |
