| 03/24/2016 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | 6416 E CALLE MERCURIO) From 4pm to 8 pm Was called out by supervisors to the property when I arrived Breakers were all turned off at the main panel had a fire in the living room, looks like possible cigarette fire not electrical after a continuing inspection found that main electrical panel was lacking safety screen, double login,multiple work without permits, wires running to AC to the house over the roof. AC unit for storage ac, lines running towards compressors multiple fire hazard,will be advising property will be shut down due to electrical, lack of egress two exit property in case of emergency, also has multiple storage exceeding the 25% allowed, smoke damage throughout the property living room has Burns throughout the walls,ceiling sheetrock, water damage to flooring in living room hallway and kitchen, will be posting the property unfit to occupy, permits must be obtained for electrical repairs, remove debris so that to egress to exit the property in case of fire, also remove 75% of the storage so if not exceeding the 25% allowed, owner will be advised of violations on property, owner was advised that house cannot be occupied until electrical in full compliance and egress to exit the property in case of emergency through windows and doors. Will give more time for storage issues at rear of property. Notes will be in sire with pictures will be posting property unfit to activate. |
