No one was home on the day of my inspection call to set up re-inspection but never got a call back. Spoke to the owner and he gave me invoices for the HVAC and Electrical was all check and the vents were cleaned. He showed where he replace the boards on the porch. as far as I can tell the vents have been cleaned and the outlets have been replaced. Case Closed. |
