arrived on site met with tenant, who let me into the yard of property. Tree was removed just like owner stated, and labeling was done on electrical panel as he stated. Did not enter home but tenant stated owner was there and snaked out the drain system and it working as intended. At this point will close out this case |

Received a call from the owner Bill Ridge today States was at the property yesterday and took care of snaking out the waste water line as well as the shower which he removed a lot of hair from said shower. Drains are running freely, states also labeled circuit breakers in the panel and tree was cut down and removed in the front yard. Arrived on site could not get onto location because of the gate, did see that the dead tree tree was removed. Called and left a message for the tenant of the property so that I can make my way onto the property, no answer left message will continue to follow up by the end of the week |
