Complaint: board it vacant property with litter , debris and dead trees possible squatters or homeless living in vacant home . Arrived on site front yard all Native vegetation throughout front yard , looks to be recently cleaned evident by trees that have been recently trimmed vegetation cut down along both side yards and rake lines on the ground. Property is vacant but secured with the Restoration company logo in the inside window. Backyard had a locked gate however was able to see backyard look to be recently cleaned as well. Spoke to the neighbor across the street by the name of Elaine stated crew was in here about 2 weeks ago remove the boards and cleaned the property will move to close out this case |
