03/21/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved at site, vehicle sturck the east side of the building, damaging the exterior block wall and interior drywall. There was a 4 gang outlet box in the damaged part of the wall. I had the power turned off at the circuit breaker panel box. The panel box was poorly labeled. I spoke to the manager of the building, Brigham Stevens, and explained the issues of a permit for the repaires. He stated that they would board up the structure. See photos in SIRE. F/U 60 days.
