Complaint: work without permits on guest house in rear. Arrived on site houses for sale by Home Smart and is vacant. Made my way to rear structure which is a small guest house structure looked to be recently updated with paint and possible tile in the interior, none of which would require a permit to do so. Rear structure had power to the unit as well as water both look like they had been there for a while, nothing new evident by the old 60 amp breaker box different color from the building and all conduit on the roof looks to be aged. Water line in front was old , look like a new sink was installed in the interior of the guest house but looks like they had water all ready to the unit, will discuss this with supervision to see if there's anything code enforcement would be able to regulate on this property.
