THERE IS WATER INTRUSION IN THE FOLLOW ROOMS AND AREAS: 430,332,330,232,132 AND THE 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR HALLWAYS, ALSO IN THE 1ST FLOOR WORK ROOM. ALL DOCUMENTS ARE IN SIRE. SCHEDULE A 10 DAY FOLLOW UP INSPECTION FOR INSPECTOR VALDEZ SPECIAL ORDERS ARE AS FOLLOWS: A LICENSED CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO EVACUATE ALL OF THE WATER INTRUSION FROM THE AREA'S LISTED IN THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION. ALL AREAS MUST BE DRY. THE ELECTRICIAN WILL INSPECT, REPAIR OR REPLACE ANY DAMAGED EQUIPMENT OR DEVICES. THE ELECTRICIAN WILL ENSURE THAT ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT ARE SAFE TO ENERGIZE. A LETTER FROM BOTH CONTRACTORS WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE CITY OF TUCSON GRANTING OCCUPANCY. THE LETTER WILL STATE THE SCOPE OF WORK AND THAT ALL EFFECTED AREA'S ON THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION OUR SAFE TO OCCUPY. |
