THE VEHICLE ALSO TRAVELED AND HIT THE DOOR, WALL AND THE 6.0 X6.0 FRONT WINDOW OF THE LOWER APARTMENT. THE PILER CONSTRUCTION IS 8X8X16 BLOCK, 8 FEET IN HEIGHT. THE DAMAGED WALL BETWEEN THE DOOR AND THE WINDOW IS 4X8X16 BLOCK, 7 FEET IN HEIGHT. THERE IS A WALL SWITCH AND ONE RECEPTACLE OUTLET IN THE DAMAGED WALL, THE CIRCUIT NUMBER 3 WAS SHUT OFF AT THE KITCHEN PANEL. THE CITY CONTRACTOR DID STABILIZE THE BALCONY WITH WOOD STUDS AND PLYWOOD. SPECIAL ORDERS: AS FOLLOW THE BALCONY IS TO BE SUPPORTED BY TWO FLOOR SUPPORT JACKS. THE FRONT AREA OF APT 2106 IS TO BE BARRICADED FROM THE PUBLIC. SCHEDULE A 30 DAY FOLLOW UP INSPECTION |
