Did call the owner that the post have to be installed where the oringal post were installed and the owner will install the post. Will check when installed before the court date 10-31-17 at 9:30 AM. 09/12/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to check the property and nothing has been done on removing the sttructure or supporting the beam. No contact with the owner and checked Permits Plus and went to Planning and Development Services Department to have the plans checked and no approvals given. Took pictures for the court hearing today. Laurie will do the court hearing. The permit still in applied status. RV.
06/05/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and took pictures of the work done and have court tomorrow at 10:00 AM. All the work is still up. RV.
02/08/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No pemit has been issued or applied for the work that has been added to the existing carport. A citation will be issued. RV.
12/19/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Received case on 12-15-16 from Rick Saldate the supervisor and did the inspection. The property is a rental and did talk to the tenant on why I was on the property. The tenant did state that the property was surveyed but was not able to find the pins. Did check for markings and found none. The work that was built was an extension to an existing carport. The post were removed from the existing carport and place at another location near the property line. The wood beams were removed and new beams replaced and appear to be the same size but longer. Approx. 7' x 28'. The front beam is already sagging. Will try and call the owner. Will check in 45 days. RV.

08/26/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Carprot is still there have talked to P/O by phone and he stated he is working on the plan that PDSD gave him. gave him 30 days to get the plans done.
07/13/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The carport is still the same and no permit has been applied for. Will send NOV ceritified.
