At site, I found the bees located at the rear water faucet. The home is vacant and is in foreclosure. I called Safeguard Properties who has been maintaining the home, I was inform that they no longer maintaned the property. I found the foreclosure notice and the sale of the home will be on 3/10/16, tomorrow. I called supervisor Martin R. and explained the issues. He stated to post a hand written Notice of Violation and Do Not Occupy placard. F/U 24 hrs. |
