Complaint: High weeds and grass throughout the property and right-of-way area dead tree on property.. Arrived on site found weeds and grass along front and side curb areas. Did not see weeds in grass in front yard or side yard because of vegetation wall is screening these yards.. All trees on property seemed to be budding at this time might have been in a dormant state when caller called in.. will move forward on notice of violation |
