Inspection found the A/C to work but there was a lot of dust on the furniture, which could be from the air vent having covers on them to direct the airflow. I asked if the air ducts have ever been cleaned. They stated no. I told them that would be a good start. The A.C unit itself looks like new and has been well mantained. |
