On site, spoke to manager and maintenance man of apaertments. No weeds or grass in alley exceed 6 inches in height. No signs of homeless people in alley. No refuse or debris in alley. The oleanders along the wall in alley are not obstructing the alley. Vehicles can move safely through the alley. The maintenance man stated he goes out into the alley once a week to clean the weeds, grass, refuse and debris. No Verify. Close Case. |
