Meet with TFD, Inspections supervisor and inspector LP. We view in the basement several violations. There are numorus floor suppot jacks place around the area. There is no switch to turn the lights on. They are cord and plug connected with several different types of wire and plug caps that are non-compliant. There has been modifications to the electrical system evident by the date stamps on the non metalic sheathed cables. Dates range from 2007 to 2012 and no secured permit in this time frame. |
