THERE IS NO POWER TO UNIT 12..THE ELECTRICAL METER IDENTIFIED AS UNIT 12 HAS BEEN REMOVED. THE OWNER STATES THE TENANTS HAVE BEEN BYPASSING AND TAMPERING WITH THE METER TO ENERGIZED UNIT 12, THIS IS DANGEROUS AND ILLEGAL. I DID CONDEMNED UNIT 12 FOR LIVING WITHOUT POWER, SUPERVISOR APPROVED. I POSTED PLACARD WHICH STATES UNSAFE TO OCCUPY AND A NOTICE AND ORDER TO VACATE 0 DAYS, PHOTOS WERE TAKEN AS THE SEEN. AT THIS TIME THE OWNER CALLED POLICE, LATER THAT DAY THE TENANTS WERE REMOVED BY TUCSON POLICE.. CONTROL RETURNS BACK TO THE OWNER.. CLOSE CASE..
