Inspection found that the contractor Delta Plumping is replaceing all the water line in both complexs, they have a APA account with the City and have pulled permits for 345 N Pantano Rd which is right next to 445 N Pantano Rd. I spoke to Tom Hamilton the contractor and he asured me that they have pulled permits for building L,N,O. Have check permit + and permits have been pulled for this property and will be duing 445 next. There is no case at this time. Closed Case. |
