Two vehicles in driveway, one is a red early model 2-door with inflated tires, no observable body damage, 2nd vehicle has car cover, unable to determine condition at this time; some vegetation is present in front yard, not an accumulation over 6" and appears recently cut; palm tree in front yard has lower fronds that are drying out, but are at or above 10' from ground and house (photos); pile of greenwaste on front ROW, but brush/bulky pickup scheduled for next week; there is visible storage of materials and items in both side yards and front porch and carport to include loose bricks, boxes, wood, construction materials, etc. No access to rear property as there is no alley or easement. NOV to be issued for storage. |
