Received a complaint at the address of 9143 East RainSage Street for preschool being ran out of the home and having more than 12 to 24 students. Monday to Thursday when I arrived at the property I spoke to the owner counted the kids only had 10 kids at the time she says when half of them leave she replaces with other kids, does not have more than 10 kids on the property at one time, also advised there was nothing showing in permits plus for permits or anything for a home occupation, she showed me a letter that she is working with Barbara Thompson from the city and has paid all fees due, is just waiting for city to submit paperwork, will do some more research before. addressing all these issues |
