Spoke with Clique store owner she stated she allowed them to conduct work in 2011 from her side of the store and because of problems would not allow that to happen again. (seems like sensible way to approach the work). She stated she does have a lawyer involved. Received emails from John Steen, it was made very clear the work completed in 2011, the mold remediation completed, bids and work by Abracadabra Restoration, and comunication attempts beween Zinburger and Clique. Work in Progress!! No Violation / Close case. |
