Inspection found 3 banner on location, 2 were on 22nd St and 1 was one Kolb Rd. Spoke to manager and he statewd he did not know that he could not have banners on his property, I told him he would need a permit for the banners and gave him a NOV on site. Will check back on 3-26-16 |
