At site with TPD and CPS investigators Edward Pena and Karen Ives. The unit lacks means of egress. The door will only open up 45 degress and the walkways are approx. 2 feet wide. There is no bad smells or odors, mice or bugs. The owner has electric and water. I posted an "Emergency Abatement and Order to Vacate" notice. The owner stated that she will be staying with friends and family. I explained to the owner that she couldn't stay in the home until th unit was re-inspected with CPS investigators. F/U 10 days. |
