| 06/20/2016 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | The stucco work is being done on the interior area where the damage was done. The exterior work has been done with all the chain link fencing removed. The patches on the exterior are lacking paint to match on the soffit through out. The barriers where the work is being done are still in place on the interior area where the damage had occured. All the other offices have access and not able to enter the work area unless they go around and get with the workers to enter. Checked permits plus and the permit T16CM01136 has been issued on 2-17-16 and finaled on 3-18-16. This permit is for the clearing of the site that was damaged and to provide a barrier to let the other offices open back up. Also the power was cleared to have turned back on. This is Phase I. There was another permit T16CM01908 issued on 3-14-16 the repairs on the perimeter of the entire structure to check the framing due to of the same type of construction with framing, sheetrock, stucco and building final. This was for Phase II. The last inspection was on 6-3-16 and expires on 11-30-16. Will check in 30 days. RV. |

| 02/23/2016 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Arrived on site for follow up met inspector Vidal on property. Fencing went around the complete building in parking lot with access points to three major doorways as called out by the building official. Area in question along the north side of building was also fenced off with a roll off and workers on site still doing cleanup. Owner of the property was also on site and stated the engineer has been working with the building official. In meetings with the building official permit was given to startup the electrical. Building Official also allowed for occupancy on first and second levels on south side of building. Will follow up on property in 10 days |
