Arrived and unit #6 has water coming from the ceiling over the sink in the kitchen. Did check the ceiling and the drywall was wet with some dripping. Did make a hole in the drywall in the ceiling and the water was following the cooper tubing from the upper unit which is unit #12. Did ask the tenant who is the landlord and the property is under the City of Tucson. Did call communication and they were able to make contact with some to call me and go over what is happening on the property. Once going over the issues, a tech. was being sent to the property to check the upper unit. Did go upstair to unit #12 and did run the sink for awhile and the sink was leaking through the sprayer and from the supply lines. The tech. was told what was going on and will make the repairs. Due to a City of Tucson property, this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
