Needs to be trimmed at a minimum if not removed due to the leaning aspect and possible danger of falling into roadway in the future. Arrived on site, noted several trees along curb area, however the one in question is the western most tree where I can see complaint's concern. This is set in city right of way, so this case should have been called into the street dept. will refer the case to them. In the past it would be handled by sup visor of the area, and they will make the determination of trim back or removal. Will move to close out case and refer to Street Dept. |
