Site inspection with Inspector Mendoza; 20 unit complex; units 3, 12, 15, 18 & 19 lack electric utility service and were posted notice to vacate on all units; NOVs signed by units 3, 15, & 19 with 12 & 18 posted; photos. Rear window on 18 and front window on vacant unit 2 broken (boarded); security light outside of unit 18 has an outlet wired into it with exposed conductors, cannot be reached without a ladder; manager advised and owner will be sent NOV for repairs and lack of utility service.. |
