Inspection found out the hot water is not hook up to the gas and so it will not put out Hot Water. Spoke to owner and he did not know that the water heater was not work he did not know there was people living in the unit. The have work out a contract with the people who are in the unit and he is working with AZ plumping to get the hot water heater working. |
