Electrical wires and outlets expose. Refuse and debris throughout the inside of the trailer and addition to the trailer. The floor and roof of the addition is badly deteriorated. The structure is unsanitary, safe and unhabitable. There was a fire in the trailer a few years ago when the property was in the county. The structure was condemned. Tucson Electric Company was called and they disconnect power at the pole. The owner will need to get permits to reconnect electical service.
