04/20/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Arrived at property to view and hopefully speak to the tenant. Spotted him in the backyard when I asked to talk to him he went in the other direction. Upon coming to the front side of the property he opened the door saw me and went back inside. He did not answer the door when I knocked on it. While in the back I noticed that the Electric power meter is removed. I filled out paperwork for do not enter unsafe to occupy due to lack of electricity. Call Tucson police department for assistance. While waiting for TPD found another location hidden with an electric meter that is working. At this point there is electricity to the property so we did not have the same jurisdiction. Cancelled TPD call. Called supervisor and let him know the situation. Follow up with citation through process server.
