06/17/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Was asked to do a follow up for court on this property on 06/17/2019 - Arrived on site to find mobile home trailer still on site as well as RV right behind the trailer. Did not see any dead trees on property at this time but did see trash and debris throughout this large property. Stacks of pallets, boxes and crates all along the south side of the property. Stacks of lumber along the edge of the curb on the north side of the property along with one white Dodge pickup with a flat tire also along this North curb area. Photos were taken today
04/22/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No one on site and was able to take pictures of the property to show the progress of the clean up. Still not completed but more has been moved and cleaned up. Has the RV still parked in the front of the property, the rear of the house has storage and the white truck is still parked in the rear of the house, has other vehicles parked on the property, one of the white trucks is parked by the street outside the fenced area, and still has storage on the porches on the house and the mobile home. Took pictures for the court. RV.
02/11/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property was checked and not completed. The rear of the house has not been touched and alot of the tires are still on the property. Still has the vehicles parked outside the property. The RV is still on the property and appears to be lived in. RV.
12/11/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did inspection on the property and no completed. Still has vehicles on the property, tires, pallets, storage of different items behind the house, the RV has not been moved and the some of the vehicles are moved off the property and parked outside the property. Did take pictures of the property. RV.
06/21/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the Ward 5 office and talk to Mary and gave a copy of the court entry of the last court hearing. Went over that the fines have been removed and the next court hearing will be on 10-11-18 at 2:00 PM. The court order for the clean up of the property has been removed until the next court date. RV.

06/14/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Took inspector Gonzalez to the site due to will be doing the court hearing. Did meet the owner on site and went over that the clean up has been scheduled and don't know when it will be done. Did go over to keep cleaning the property. The court is today at 2:00 PM. RV.

12/04/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and has one small area cleaned that has already been cleaned before. The vehicles are still on site and some of the areas have not been addressed on being cleaned. Have court on 12-7-17 at 3:30 PM. RV.
10/31/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to check the status of the clean up. Not much has been done and has more pallets on the property. The vehicles still on the property and some moved around but still on the property. Has trash piles on the exterior of the property piled in several areas. Have court on 11-2-17 at 2:00 PM. RV.
07/17/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property and no one on site. Did take pictures and the property has more pallets on site and the vehicles still on site. Does not appear anything was done. Have court on 7-20-17 at 2:00 PM. RV.
12/19/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and the front area that was cleaned has storage of pallets stacked again. Did meet with the person staying on the property John and walked the property with taking pictures. There is a large amount of tires, pallets, vehicles, plastic containers, equipment, boxes and other items scattered through out the property. Did call the owners son David about the pallets in the front and he stated that the fork lift broke down. Did talk to David about the citation being issued and will be cleaning the property hopefully this week and next week. The citation will be in the owners name and the sons name. Will do citation. RV.
10/27/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the owners and went over on what needs to be done to be in compliance. The exterior section outside the fenced area has been cleaned. The front section to the house has been cleaned. Does have some vehicles in that area and all are operable. Did take pictures of the property to take to the Ward 5 office to show the status of the property. Did go over the mobile home being on the property if a permit has ever been issued to be on the property. The house is in the middle of the property and currently being used for storage. The mobile home is not being lived in and olny has storage. The owner is going to continue to clean and move items off the property and will try and find a plan of the property or have one done and get an approval. Will check in 30 days. RV.
09/22/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the son of the owner on the property and served the N.O.V. on site and went over what needs to be done. Did go over the short time frame and will need to show progress on cleaning the property or a citation will be issued. Did give the name of Russlyn to talk to try and keep doing what he is doing on the property. He will be going to the Ward office to meet with them due to this issues keep coming back. Will check in 10 days. RV.
08/15/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the son of the owner who is in the process of cleaning the lot. Has forklifts, pallets, storage racks and other items being stored on the property. Will check in 14 days. RV.
