The electrician brought a different lock from the owner to remove the city lock and they will be opening the gate to let the tenants in to get there items out of the building. The property was locked back up and the electrician will be getting with the owner. RV.

The owner was suppose to show and did not come to the property. She did call that she is still with the injury to her foot and not able to make it to the property. Did show the electical around what the areas of all the electrical work that is needed to get the power back on. We did not go into the buildings and the electrician will get with the owner to check inside the building at a later time. RV.
