Arrived and a building in the rear of the property has auto racing fuel inside the structure in plastic and metal barrels. Most of the barrels are empty by still has the fumes going into the building area. The power was going to be removed from the property and unable to keep the power going to the rental units that are on the same parcel but are detached from the rear building. While doing the inspection of the units, there are 2-bedrooms that are being rented by 2-different families. The share the same kitchen and due to 1-bathroom no operable at this time, they are using the same bathroom. There are electrical outlets that are missing cover plates or outlets and only have the wires in the box, doors are missing to seperate the bedrooms or in the closets, one bathroom has the vanity not connected and the toilet is loose, wiring has been added to a water heater that is outside the unit and not connected properly at the panel or the water heater, the flooring in the kitchen is loose VCT glue ons that are just laid on the concrete floor, door fronts are missing on the kitchen cabinets, no working smoke detectors, loose light fixtures, in the closet have a light fixture that is missing and the wiring is exposed with out any protection, the roof leaks and will need another inspection to check once some of the other repairs are made. Did call the owner to let her know what is going on the property. Does have another structure north of these units and unable to enter due to locked up. The owner will call to meet at the site on Tuesday. Did do posting of Do Not Enter on the main door to enter the unit and will leave the paper work on the main disconnect due to the owner unable to come to the propety. The structure was secured due to unable to lock and no key was present by the tenants staying in the units. Will check in 45 days. RV.
