Inspection found storage of wood, metal and other items in the front of the property on west end. 2 JMV a old horse trailer and a Toyota SR5 Pick-up truck. Saw a tub of what looks like oil next to the wall on the westside of the house. Have check permit + and they have permit final for 2 additions on the house so from what I can see there is no work without permit. Did not see any evidents of someone working on cars at the time of my inspection. There was a jack and a air compressor but that is part of a storage issue at this time. The vegetation is natureal desert vegetation nothing that did not look like other properties in the area. |
