The water lines were leaking and the water had to be turned off at the water heater. The fire did not get into unit but was being condemned due to the electrical needs to be checked in the wall by the bathroom area and the water lines may have to be re-done where leaking due to the heat of the fire. The tenants were place at a hotel and the management was going to get another unit ready on the property to move the tenants into. Did post a "Do Not Enter" on the front door. The manager signed all the paper work. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
