THERE WAS MINOR CHIPPING AND CRACKING TO THE FACE OF THE WALL WHERE THE CAR CONTACTED THE WALL. **INTERIOR ROOM WAS A X-RAY ROOM THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE DRYWALL, MANAGER STATED THERE WAS A LEAD SHEILD THAT LINED THE WALL BEHIND THE DRYWALL. GUTTER PANEL FOR THE ELECTRICAL WAS A HEAVY METAL THAT RAN ELECTRICAL FOR INDIVIDUAL MACHINES INSIDE. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE GUTTER PANEL OR THE ELECTRICAL. I OK'ED THE USE OF THE XRAY ROOM DUE TO NO APPARENT STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL OR DRYWALL DAMAGE. INSIDE. SPOKE TO RICK DALDATE ABOUT THE EXTERIOR DAMAGE AND CONFIRMED WITH RICHARD VIDAL THAT REPAIRS TO THE EXTERIOR COULD BE PATCHED AND INSPECTED AS PREVENTIVE MAINTANENCE. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE. |
