At site, spoke to tenant, she stated that the car is her brothers and its runs. There's air in all four tires and a full interior, the windshield is cracked and there is some body damage, but the vehicle is driveable. I explained that if the vehicle didn't run, it needs to be parked in the carport with a car cover. Close case. |
